The property, outdated both in exterior and interiors, struggled with maintaining occupancy as well as standing out in the Houston Galleria market. With a vision for revitalization, we embarked on a journey to breathe new life into Augusta Court.

 

Under our stewardship, the property underwent a comprehensive renovation from top to bottom. The result? A stunning metamorphosis that seamlessly integrates updated interiors and impressive amenities. From the state-of-the-art fitness center, complete with an adjoining sauna, where residents can rejuvenate mind and body, to the magic of the media/movie room- a vibrant space where we host monthly movie nights- our amenities were designed to foster a sense of community among our residents.
