Lori Lindley, CAPS
Founder and President
As founder and president, Lori is responsible for overseeing operations and the execution of services for MLDC Management. Lori has devoted 30 plus years into the multifamily industry, with her primary experience encompassing student housing communities, value ad renovations, Class A-C garden style and mid-rise assets, as well as acquisition and depositions.
Megan Beach
Financial Controller
As Financial Controller, Megan is responsible for the accuracy of the full cycle of financial reporting and accounts payable. Her role is to work collaboratively with the on-site and corporate staffs to be a good steward of MLDC and its clients’ financial resources as well as helping them plan for the financial future.Her skills are showcased though the full investment cycle and includes financial reporting, budgeting, distributions, due diligence, cash management and administration of client and lender relationships. She also leads and coordinates the annual audits and fixed asset appraisals ahead of yearly tax statement distribution.
Courtney Vitek, CAM
Vice President of Operations
Courtney is accountable for the on-site day-to-day operations, client relations, business development and acquisitions. Her knowledge, passion, and execution has resulted in success across varying asset types and classes including, but not limited to, lease up construction, tax credit, value-add, stabilized and affordable housing.
Kimberly Nevil
Marketing and Social Media Director
Kim is responsible for the site level and corporate level marketing and branding. Her role is essential in ensuring our core values and mission statement are evident in any online presence of MLDC Management or sites operated by MLDC Management. Kim has taken on the lead role of branding our communities' websites, ILS listings, reputation management, resident communications, and monthly and weekly reviewing of web analytics/ad performance.
